Yes. Most projects are split into 2–4 installments, depending on scope. Typically, it’s 50% at project signing and the balance before launch, but we can set up a plan that works for you.

I design primarily in Squarespace, Wix Studio, and Shopify. I’ll recommend the platform that best fits your goals, features, and budget. If you already love a ShowIt template, I can customize it to feel unique to your brand.

Upon request, I can create all designs in Figma for an additional fee.

For the Essential Site (2-week turnaround), yes — copy needs to be ready since it drives the design. For other packages, if you already have content, I’ll refine and organize it. If not, I’ll provide a content outline and suggestions so we can finalize your messaging before design begins.

Strong visuals make a big difference. If you don’t have brand photography, I have access to quality stock photo libraries and can help source what we need. If additional images are required, we’ll add those costs transparently. I can also recommend photographers or help edit and enhance photos you already have.

A site refresh usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on whether we’re updating your existing site or starting from scratch. A custom site or e-commerce build typically takes 6–8 weeks. Timelines also depend on how quickly copy, photos, and feedback are provided.
